theres a program called vdownload that works just fine, all you do is drop the youtube link into the program, it downloads and then coverts the video for you so you can watch it.

Hmmmm... I'm late getting to this thread but I use Total Video Converter to convert flv files to mpeg. I'm using a free trial version so there is a water color mark on any video I make if I use that converter, but I just got it for fun anyway.. I won't buy it.

I can download any video at YouTube simply by using that add on that someone mentioned in this thread, the FireFox addon. I just one-click and it starts downloading to my computer.

When it arrives at my computer it is in FLV format. So, I just use the total video converter to change it to MPEG. I just drag and drop the file and it changes before my eyes

I know this is going to sound like I'm ungrateful, but I really wanted the music video. The music and singing are much more clearer. I appreciate you effort. I did download it and it does work. I'm keeping it just in case you can get the other one.

this should work easily, drop the youtube link into the program, and it should download, and then convert it for you so you can watch it, have any problems PM ME ^_^
