Just like in IV. But now, you can get a stripper's number (doesn't work with hookers) after making her "like" you.

I don't know about finishing the game that quick, one of my favorite things about my San Andreas days was that it was lengthy, at least it was for me. I could get up in the morning on summer break and do a mission, then spend the rest of the day messing around. Ahhh, those middle school days were awesome
 Can't believe I played GTA in middle school

Whenever I'm on my way to do a story mission, I find myself getting sidetracked creating roadblocks with trucks, then detonating said roadblock with sticky bombs to create a chain reaction of exploding cars, while running away from police until I dead end myself and have to stand my ground until the inevitable comes. Then I respawn at the hospital and the cycle repeats.
