Only in Hollywood! Real life is quite different. In the movies the nerds get the girls but in real life MONEY gets the girls. Why do you think that all of those pathetic, ugly, skinny RAP stars are always waving around cash and driving those pimped out cars in their videos?

Also... If Alizee were ugly (but then she wouldn't be Alizee, would she?) would any of us really be here now? No... she'd just be some ugly chic with a great voice. And no way (realistically) would we all be in love with her or visit her website regularly. Be honest with yourself. But she's not ugly.. she's the most beautiful woman the world has ever seen so we don't have to stress over what we'd do if we found ourselves in such circumstances. Besides, since we already know her now, even if she turned ugly (Impossible) we'd still love her for the rest of eternity.

No, not all people think this way, but most do. Did you ever wonder why all the characters on TV are beautiful people with nice cars and lots of money? To a teenaged girl (in her young mind) a boy's nice car represents success, position in society, and of course, MONEY! They just don't know it yet. Yes, both men and women are as bad as each other. But that's only American society that I'm talking about, other countries & cultures may be different.

I would I still actually do really like her music which is really odd since I listen to mostly metal and hard rock acyually all types of rock and Beethoven.

I really like her music too. But to be honest, if she were ugly then I would only buy her CDs. But she's not ugly... she's the most beautiful and sexiest woman that most of us have ever seen in our lives (not to mention how nice and sweet she really is) so here we are. It probably makes most of us very broken hearted when we think about Alizee not being with us as a girl friend or wife but C'est La Vie (Such is Life.) Damm!!!!!

Maybe I'd be here less, but I'd still be here. Whereas if the opposite were true... if she looked exactly as she does, but I didn't like the music... then I'd never have come to any forums, and my life would be very different!

I mean, after Alizée my biggest musical passion is Iron Maiden... and I certainly don't like them because they're pretty.
