does anyone have the mp3 of the video? It's blocked in Germany and even if I managed to find a way to watch it my download helper isn't working with it.

By the way I don't think the outfit looks that bad... I would have picked another skirt but I like the rest... and remember that outfit she was wearing in Mexico in 2009? THAT one was horrible...

thanks for the fan-photos, they are really cute

To be perfectly honest, it makes her look fat or should I say fattish. The look definitely reminds me of France Gall as far as hair style and dress, except France Gall wasn't fat and it's just another reason why I've grown so disillusioned with Sony. Can't they see the obvious? Blonde if I'm corrrect, started out around 63 on the French charts. I believe by the time of this performance which I'm sure will be followed up quickly by a video, I don't think it was even in the top 200. What kind of poor planning is that?

and Panther brought out a great point,

Why completely change the image of the person who has just won over a lot of the French public and then release a totally unrelated song? I just don't get it at all form a marketing perspective .
As far as the blonde hair, I hope it's temporary. She looks good as a blond, but there was nothing as good as the original product right out of the box. There was no way that could be improved on. But she has been dying her hair darker for some time now, so if the blond is a temporary thing it doesn't really matter. If she keeps it, well she has gotten so far away from what she used to be, that wouldn't matter either.

Apparently there going to have to keep this image for a while, whether they plan on returning to the original or not. But it seems a terrible time for an image change. You have these new found fans, then you change your hair color to a blond. I'm sure that would cause her to lose more fans, fans it took her a long time to get as opposed to winning her new fans, but Sony let her go through a radical image change during 5 that certainly didn't do her any good so it doesn't surprise me.

I don't want to be on side of Sony, but I think the image and everything around is only and only in hands of Alizée. I think nobody wanted from her, or nobody pushed her to change the color of her hair, it was her idea. She herself said, she wanted it before. Same with hairstyle and the outfits, again it is only Alizée's decision.

I think you are for the most part correct, but after UEDS which was in the hands of Institutibles flopped and it was announced that Jive/Epic/Sony would be producing the next album, I was so optimistic. I thought this company, especially with her history, will not release an album, unless it's a sure thing.

Then we had that big delay between the release of ACDLA and JVB and the official reason was it was the wrong time of year to release the album........................b*** s***! I think they weren't happy with the album and were on the verge of cancelling it, but maybe changes were made that made them change their mind or maybe someone (someone with incredible beauty and charm) talked them out of it.

I remember seeing early on in the production of the album a picture posted from the studio of some stern faced individuals (maybe now thinking back they might have been musicians or maybe they were just janitors) and I thought these guys are not going to be beguilled by her beauty. If they put out an album it will be a good one.

There was the drastic image change in the middle of production, then there was big delay and though I stayed loyal til the end when it ultimately flopped. I did start to lose all confidence in them.

I think they let her have way too much say in this and every album and she hasn't demonstrated one thing to me over the years, that shows me she knows anything about the business, yet they still listen to her.

I'm not really upset (now) with the blonde song and hopefully the temporary image change. I am upset by the very poor timing and again an image that was presented on stage that could have been so much better.

when it comes to music videos Germany is living under a rock. Trust me.

Every time I click on a link to one of the official music/audio videos on Alizée's channel or I want to watch clips where they used audios from the albums this happens:

And let's say that happens nearly all the time when you try to watch any music videos. I "love" it that they do not even say "it contains music from blablabla" anymore. No. They say "it could contain". Yeah. So they are simply blocking everything.

back to topic: Thanks for the link. It's working fine

Over the 7 years since I started putting together videos of Alizée, just about everyone of them is blocked in Germany. Does anyone know the reason?

I was also curious about the program Dancing Avec Les Stars. Certainly it's a take off on the American Dancing with the Stars. In Europe, do they have to come up with some agreement with the U.S. for them to use that name?

Each country (at least I think so) in EU has except the all music labels a company, which cares about the music rights of many artists and such other things. Mostly such companies are under the supervision of the country (our is). And they have contracts, example with Google (Youtube). So example the music of Alizée can be seen in many countries. If there is not such contract, case of Germany, easily the music is blocked in the country.

Btw. you can see the logo of such french company, on Cinq back cover - SCPP http://www.scpp.fr/SCPP/

in Germany it is GEMA, in Slovakia SOZA, in Czech OSA. . .

I guess TV station must pay for some 'license' which include whole concept, motive etc. For example, in Poland the most popular talent show is The X Factor which has the same music, intro etc. like the original, British version.

Aheh, well you're welcome to think so.
As for me, I'm really not one to speak when it comes to fashion choices, hers least of all
But I don't mind her outfit at all

Like J says below, X Factor and Dancing With The Stars are shows originated in the UK. The original is called Strictly Come Dancing. I remember seeing the BBC logo at the end of the credits of every DALS episode, so you're probably right about having to come to some sort of agreement.
