Sorry your right I hadn't read it that closely, understood the French except for what DDASS was, so I googled it and after reading a quick description understood basically what it was. I just stuck the English comment about Health and Welfare in quickly in as an afterthought just in case other people couldn't understand what Direction Départementale des Affaires Sanitaires et Sociales meant. But I will read future translations more carefully in case there are more grey coloured comments.
 And yes Baffie made the original joke which was also funny, but when I watched the video again after brad's post I just loved the girl's disaproving 'C'est dégueulasse', which I think is what most women would have thought about the comment while most men would have probably laughed, since it was only a joke, like Jérémy did.
