hmm now i can see why she says its hard to both sing well and dance at the same time.

i don't think she was dancing too much here, and her singing sounded very close to the one on the album.

so.. correct me if im wrong, but does it read:

? my spanish is a bit rusty.. haven't used it since junior year in high school.

And your translation is right Wasabi , prendidos is like excited/ready. I can't find an exact word because that's colloquial language.
