If you want to hear a good female rapper, listen to Lady Sovereign.

if Alizee started rapping (more than with just Decollage) id be very confused in a good way. i mean, french and rapping doesn't seem to go along very well, it's a very smooth language in my opinion. but Alizee rapping is just plain adorable!!! especially when she was doing the rappers arm wave thingy!

That looks like a lot of fun! To be involved in a show like that with so many talents. maybe I should volunteer at a local theater here....
Anyway, almost everyone looks dumb doing rap because rap is dumb... except maybe Buster Rhymes and Tpain... |

I really like both of those, but I'm with you on the new album. No rap please. It is to music what the etchosketch is to art.

Ooh, necromancing day, today?
And French language doesn't match with rap, it's too melodic. And Decollage is very good, because it's still Alizée |

funny story though: my friend went to France a few years ago, and apparently, rapping was the thing to do? I dunno which part of France he went to or anything, but when he told me that, i was quite confused.
AND, intrestingly, he came across a cafe called "the Wasabi". (actually.. that might've been in England. )
