LOL he usually scores at the top of the list, but he was just joining the game and it ended. BTW, I killed him those 2 times while he was defusing the bomb.

Yes I play on PC (and 360 too), I usually play on *uWs* servers (the IP is at the bottom of the screenie). We are usually on around 8PM US Eastern time.
