Of course, no discussion of Scottish singers could be complete without mentioning this incredible woman. As we all now realize, we must understand that its not always obvious where true talent lies. I was fortunate to get to see her in concert a few years ago. Unforgettable. I get chills every time I watch this video.

I really enjoy that song. I wanted to respond to this a few days ago, but I was in the middle of my 'Comcast' problem.

That's a great song, I don't think I ever realized she was Scottish.

She does have an incredible voice. I'm sure she's had great success since she was discovered, but I wonder how much of a difference to her success it would of had, if she had the looks of Alizée?

This French group had a lot of success in 2000 with a gold album in France. They stopped performing for awhile but they seem to be back touring. I learned about them listening to my favourite Internet radio station, Radio Paradise.

This was an epic moment on the Internet. I remember when this video went viral, and for good reason. I love when the camera caught all the eye rolls and scoffing when she said she wanted to be a professional singer, only to get their scoffs wiped off their face when she started to sing. Can't judge a book....

Well, talking about “anime”, this one is one of my current favorites, excellent artwork and animation, with a really “dark”, but decent, plot.

The young artiste, Mili, that does the “intro” and some of the major “themes” for this series has a truly wonderful voice, and if you get the chance, go check out some of her stuff on “YouTube”, trust me, you will be very pleasantly surprised.

Lyrics AMV』 Goblin Slayer OP Full - Rightfully / Mili

Now, here is some “eye candy” for the dancers amongst us...

That young guy is really really exceptional, the style is “improv”, I think…

Mili - Rightfully / Goblin Slayer OP/Opening [Full] (Official Music Video)

Enjoy…

Watch ‘em both, and in order…

K-391 - Ignite (Prologue)

K-391 & Alan Walker - Ignite (feat. Julie Bergan & Seungri)

Sometimes, it’s alright to get “lost” in the music, and just “go” with it…

Wow!!! That reminded me so much of Alizée's song 'Alcaline' where the 'alcaline' batteries powered her head phones she used to escape the hum drum world of where she worked. I think that should have been a top 10 song, if they promoted it right and made a video for it instead of wasting their time on Blonde.

I love "Alcaline" and I agree with you, Scuffy--it should have been a top 10 song. Great video, too--it makes listening to "Alcaline" even better. Thanks for the post!

“Gentle” RedRafe, "observer" of “matters” “zen”, what is "best" in life??

“Puppies”: (AwwwWWWwww)…

“Fruit Cake”: (Fruuuiittt Caaaakkkkeee)

“Alizée”: (Need I say more…)

Aannnnd…

To crush your enemies,
see them driven before you,
and to hear the lamentations of their women!

OOOps, too far??

And, these “tracks” listed below.

Siouxsie And The Banshees - Spellbound

Siouxsie...

Oh dear, I'm showing my age now...

I just love the “bass” line on this one.

Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out

Well do you, do you, do you wanna, Well do you, do you, do you wanna, Wanna go, where I never let you before…

Franz Ferdinand - Do You Want To

Love it…

Worth reading the lyrics for this one...

Franz Ferdinand - Walk Away

And now a “hidden gem”, with a "message" for everyone, that is applicable at some time in their life…

Travis - Sailing Away [Hidden track]

Enjoy…
