Hello all... Just found out about Alizée at the end of April. Got all the albums and En concert DVD from Amazon. I've never been a fan of anyone before so this is all new to me, but watching her sing is mesmerizing. Naturally, I've decided to 'learn' French, but that's going very slowly. I took quite a bit of Spanish a long time ago and I think that helps a little with the theory. Making this up as I go.... There is some kind of magic going on for me, and I don't want it to end. This is the first forum I've joined, so bear with me as I get into it. I'm hoping to stick around here and participate but I'm not usually one to do either. Probably too long already... I've got plenty of thoughts on many of the threads, so I hope see you all there.

Welcome! And no need to worry about posts being too long, plenty of members post novel length stuff sometimes.
 And that "magic" you feel, we all know exactly what you mean. There really aren't good words to describe it....seeing her....and hearing her.....just simply make you feel....better. It's just the magic effect she has.

Hi everyone. I just joined this forum last night but have been a fan of Lily for about 5 years now since I discovered her. I'm in the UK and I've never met anyone else who has even heard of her. I've watched this forum for some time and it seems to be a very lively place with some interesting exchanges. I have visited other forums but they lack the energy and enthusiasm I've seen here so thanks for letting me join.
