where did she say this? Besides, she did spend 8+ years with him. While there were plenty of bad times it seems, there had to be good ones as well. So it makes perfect sense that she still has SOME feelings for him. However we have seen plenty of times by other comments that those feelings are not enough for her to go back to him.
