Sounds like some rough stuff, if you don't mind the input from a total stranger, keep your head up, remember them for the good times you shared, and continue living life.

thanks guys, it helped a little bit, and i do have a few people that i talk to about it, but recently one of Julia's (thats her name) friends has been making a slideshow about her, and its gonna be shown this weekend, so ive just been thinking of her a lot.
