Exactly, it's a matter of view. Obviously, lists like these are just created for entertainment and show the author's views, or what the author assumes as indicative of the tastes of the masses....or of whoever the hell he wants to represent! These kinds of things are just for fun and they're not going to represent everyone, so agree or disagree and just have some fun with it (and every other top ten list you will ever encounter for that matter). Not everything has to be a debate on here.

I guess it is your music preference that dictates who you find annoying.

There really are not that many, but that guy "Psy" from South Korea is moving up quickly on my list.

Annoying isn't the same as good/bad.

I don't know why but I dislike Tom Petty, probably in combination with his lame songs. The only Petty songs they play on the rock radio channel are free fallin and learning to fly.
