The Chapel of the Knights Templar.
Rosslyn Chapel, Roslin, near Edinburgh, Scotland. Something very "serene" and "mystical: about this place.  Lots of "history" and "mystery" to it, if you are into that sort of thing.  Besides, it's a really pretty area, a really cool sort of place just to take the "dogs for a walk" around, there are some really nice "paths" and trails to "explore" in the surrounding area. A place without misery: MY FANTASY!
 Jokes apart, i think Rome or London. The former is just incredible, a city that amazes me every time i go there; the latter reminds me of one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, and it's a fantastic city as well
