no I don't think you understand me where that person permenently lives for there life not where they are staying unless you are a nomad you generally have one house that you live in.

So if Snatcher comes back in NY next month, does he have to update the list twice (France right now, then USA next month), or only USA once (whenever he wants)?
(he's there in Paris for study only btw)
