Alizée's real name really is Alizée. Her parents named her that because they love windsurfing so much.

A handful of sites claim that her real name is Jenifer, but that's entirely falsified.

Yeah I kinda think they mean that she is simply known as "Alizée" in the public, and not "Alizée Jacotey".

But it is written poorly.

Well, sure, but we have connections to French in that it's one of Canada's official languages and it's Alizée's language. However, I don't even know what language that is
