"Puis-je vous amener faire un tour?" would be the correct way to say what you typed. "Peux-je" is incorrect. Also "vous donner un tour" doesnt make sens.

I'm guessing you're trying to say "Can I give you a ride?"

A right way to say it would be:

"Puis-je vous amener en balade?"
