I don't think so. Photoshop can do wonders. Apparently this has been a topic of conversation in the past. Somebody had done a good job of using birthmarks as the litmus test. Come to your own conclusion, but my conclusion is no.

Adding another photo. The birthmark near Tinkerbell's left knee seems to tie it to the "real owner". Below is another shot. There are copycats out there, and I have seen more than the one you posted.
