I doubt it. People are killed in Mexico every day. I'm thinking it's perceived lack of interest in those locations. I sure hope that's it and not violence! This stuff is all generally in central México, except that Monterrey is near Texas. ?? If we should watch out for a specific location or something, go ahead and post it. Probably better to know if there's something specific going on than to walk into it unaware. Of course, this will be the middle to late June.
