How long are you willing to wait?

What if all the rumors about her return are false? What if no singe or album is released this year. How long will her fans continue to wait?

As long as necessary of course, but since she explicitly promised it would be this year, I'm afraid I'll be a little annoyed.

However -- I trust her. I don't think that will happen.

Gallows for me...? I hope not. The last thread about how Alizee stoped performing somewhat startled me. I guess I never even thought about that question. I always assumed she announced she was pregnant and would need time off.

That would have been totally out of character. She didn't admit to being involved with Jérémy for quite a long time. They hid the fact that they got married until some fan dug it up in the Nevada public records. To this day we don't know if they ever legalized their marriage in France. We don't know how to spell their daughter's name. She just doesn't talk about that side of her life much, never has. The most she would ever say before this relationship was "yes I have a boyfriend but I don't want to talk about that," or "no at present I don't have a boyfriend."

like I've always said: If a new album comes out, I'll buy it. But I'm not holding my breath. I've been hearing about this phantom album since the day I started.

We hyperventilate.

That's why I keep a paper grocery bag handy. It cuts the oxygen content down and raises C02 to lungs, which tends to stop the hyperventilation. It also has a side benefit of covering one's eyes, which resets the focus, induces dilation, and re-engages the blinking command synapses.
