First Icarion, welcome to the site. Both of Alizee's albums went #1 in Japan. Can't say for sure if she is still just as popular. As far as any Japaneese website, sorry, I don't know of any. Perhaps one of the other members knows the answer. Take it away RMJ. lol

She must have been popular enough as she decided to go to Asia to promote her second album, traditionally French artists usually try to break into the French markets in North America before Asia, but she went there and released special versions of her albums for the Asian markets. Here is her official Japanese page, but it is 3 years old. It was just never taken down like her official page. http://www.universal-music.co.jp/u-pop/artist/alizee/

Had this included on a different thread. I think it may be a Chinese search station, maybe out of Hong Kong, but it does have videos of different artists from the Far East as well as International. Alizee has a number of videos on it including some of her commercials that she participated in while over in Japan.

I have a friend who if living in Japan right now and has been for the past year. I've asked him about her popularity there and he has never seen or heard her mentioned.

Popular ? Yes. Mainstream ? No.
There's propably still certain amount of people who likes her but finding one is almost impossible. And there can be lots of them. It's just that you know where to look, just like for everything else in Japan. It can be very local phenomena, or certain type of people, and so on... (all that in past tense.. current situation is unknown since no-one has come to tell it)
