I was wondering, on Alizee's old albums, which songs were produced by Laurent Boutonnat? or were they all produced by him?

don't quote me but i think all the lyrics were by MF and composed by LB.

Yea and most if not all her music videos were directed by LB.

we're talking about the songs, not the music videos. plus LB didn't direct most music videos, he did ML, PTB, and JPVA i think. the rest were done by someone else.
