Be careful!
Do you know that brightness on your pc screen must be only 45%? becouse if it's higher-it could be very bad for your vision! so be careful and take care of your vision!

Well, it depends on the angle from which you are watching the screen (if you use an LCD monitor), but thanks for the advice i guess.

you know...Amelie...its a myth that sitting close to your tv screen would give you bad vision later, but the truth is...its not true. but it could give you dry-eye. oh...this includes monitors. mwa

neoteny, i think, it depends of what screen is and which person is. maybe it's individual, but, really, i feel that my eyes can relax on lower light.

Firstly, right screen brightness depends on screen type, screen age, room lighting, eyes sensitivity and many other things.
Secondly, there's no proofs that monitor/tv's brightness might damage eyes. Surely eyes gets tired, but it's nothing but just tiredness then. Let them rest and you are good to go again. |
