It is very easy to tell if it is a high quality version. In the description, it needs to say
Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS 5.1.
For instance, look at the description on the Amazon webpage for it, you will see it lists both sound formats, and also notes the DVD is PAL and region-free. That's a good one:
