Looks like they spliced two quick clips of Alizée before and after the clip Scruffy has.

Thanks for the captures.

I didn't realize the video was from 1986 though I did wonder why it was so grainy. At first I thought that might be her dad, but I've seen pictures of him when he was younger and finally figured wrong that it wasn't him. So in the video I put in my drive, I cut the beginning and end off. Anyway I re-uploaded the full video.

Here's a local story with video on the snow event.

As much as Alizée enjoys the beauty of Corsica, I would think she must've gotten a huge sense of joy out all the rare, beautiful scenes that came with this.

At first I was really worried about what she was trying to say but it looks like it's a saying from a book of sayings I'm guessing.

I believe it translates to;

Present Time
Today is the most beautiful day of our life, because yesterday no longer exists and tomorrow may never rise.
The past suffocates us in regrets and remorse, the future rocks us with illusions. Appreciate the sunrise. let us rejoice to see him go to bed.
Stop saying it's too early it's too late, happiness is there: it's the present moment

alizeeofficiel also posted what must be a video of a news report on the snow, especially the affect it's having on traffic. I put it in my drive.

I remember a TV program from over 20 years ago that talked about how global warming would likely a effect the planet's weather. The program was based on a lot of modeling done at the time. The one item I remembered specifically is that it would impact the Winter temperatures more than the Summer temperatures.In the Northeast US, the Summers would increase in temperature by 2-3 degrees, while the Winter temperatures would increase by 10-15. North of us it could be even more pronounced.
