After the 20 years anniversary of Star Academy on TF1, it is M6’s turn to revive its cult musical show of the 2000s. The channel recently recorded a concert entitled Generation Hit Machine, which will soon be broadcast on W9. Many artists who have appeared on the show have made their comeback in the limelight. Among the guests, the group L5. The quintet, composed of Alexandra Canto, Marjorie Parascandola, Coralie Gelle, Claire L and Louisy Joseph, had not performed together since 2006 and has reformed for the occasion. During the 2000s, Les L5 won the Popstar tele-hook and sold over two million albums. The singers performed “All the Women in Your Life”, their most famous song. For the occasion, many artists who had the opportunity to perform on the show responded to Charly and Lulu’s invitation. Larusso, Nolwenn Leroy, Garou, Michael Jones, Angunn, Natasha St Pier, Willy Denzey and Soprano already responded to the invitation. No release date has been announced at this time."

Looks like Alizée hasn't responded and I kind of doubt she will.

On this celebration of 30 years of "Hit Machine", they will be holding 2 shows on February 8th and 9th. To be sure some of Alizée's videos will be shown. Any chance she might put in an appearance? I don't think so but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I : So what do you think of this competition and how your dancers performed ?
G : So we already came to the previous editions, we really love coming to Monaco because it's a good and unusual spot to dance. We are coming from Ajaccio ...
A : It's not that far
G : It's easy for us to fly to Nice. And I know Mirella (the organizer) since a long time and I also taught a bit in Monaco. So we really want to come to this competition every year, we like it and it's a lovely town.
A : And the kids did a pretty good job at dancing today, we are happy with what they did, but the most important is that they had fun even before the results.
G : Yeah and Monaco is a great gateway for the week-end, they are staying a little bit more before or after the competition.

(1:23) I : What's the place of dancing in your life ?
A : The whole place.
G : Yeah, that's it. We met each other thanks to dancing, not at a competition but at DALS. And all we do is dancing.
A : Yeah, we have a dance school. We live and work together so we are leaving at the same time and coming home almost at the same time to go to our dance studio.
G : We are planning shows together so we are speaking about dancing a lot.
A : Yeah we are almost always speaking about that.
G : We are both going to competitions. And dance is what make us meet each other, so it's logic that our lives are around dancing.

(2:11) I : Okay, so last question, how dance helped you being happier ?
A : I was dancing when I was little but not the kind of dances that were seen at that competition but I always loved being in a dance studio and on stage when I was dancing and after because of my job I forgot a bit about it. And I liked it again thanks to DALS and Grégoire and to be honest I don't want to go back to singing but I want to continue to dance and learn even more with Grégoire and opening this dance studio ... I'm feeling better being in the backstage and helping the kids, being at their service, teaching them how we did it ... that's how I am happy today. Helping them be prepared for the competition, for the shows, seing them be happy and always learning, I am always learning.
G : Dance is my life since I was born since my parents have also a school. Dance is my job, my life. Thanks to dancing I met Alizee, it's all my life. I thought that during the lockdown I will be happy to take a break but after 3 days, I missed it so much. I don't know what's the life without dancing.
