Poormans way:
-Print Screen
-Paste into image editor. (Even MS paint ...,brrr)
-Crop
But the resolution will be low: 480x360

Better:
-Dig up the mp4 file from your browser cache
-Use VLC player or something similar (I'm hooked for a long time to GOM Player) and make a grab from within the player.
Same resolution though...
