Thanks for the Corsica news link! I bookmarked it.
When you look at the topography of Ajaccio with google maps, the city is surrounded by hills on three sides. Any torrential rainfalls will roll down those hills into town and finally to sea. Because of the buildings, the streets are the path of least resistance. If your car happens to be parked in the wrong place at the wrong time... you might be recovering it in the bay.  I'm wondering if there are any concerns of homes being washed away in a landslide that are built on the hills (like Alizee's)? The hills look very rocky so there doesn't seem to be much risk of large pieces of terrain becoming dislodged, but I'm sure that the flash flood risk is something that is of concern when building a new home or purchasing an existing one.

This is an odd comparison but it reminds me of closely following football transfers online. In this case we have one source reporting something without too much evidence to back it up, though it's not definitive on the news and holds the stance of it being a 'possibility'. Having said that, often rumours about player transfers are fed to publications for whatever motive there is coming from the club/agent reporting that so called "news", so with what you mentioned Kajue about it being a marketing tactic relates as well, there could be something manufactured happening behind the scenes, or perhaps it's just for clicks, who knows. That was an odd parallel to make but it came to mind. I'll try in the future to avoid talking about football too much outside of the existing thread dedicated for it

Yup, probably nothing...
Edit: But maybe someday something may actually come from any of this. There's gotta be something left for Alizée. I mean I'm not a huge Angèle Fan but she's popular and her Songs do well so it'd be a way for Alizée to get back out there if you know what I mean.
