[2013-03-25] Album "5"

This past December, Mylène released an album (Bleu Noir) for which she worked with a few different composers other than Laurent Boutonnat such as Moby, Archive, and RedOne. A little bit ago, it was rumored that there may possibly be another album already in the works, one which would consist of songs composed by Laurent from before Bleu Noir and which would be released in Spring 2012.


Then, sometime around all of this, we hear that Alizée is in the process of working on a new album that will also be released in Spring 2012 and that will constitute a return to her musical roots. Le Nid d'Alizée says that this will "very likely be a return to her roots musically speaking, but without teaming up again with Mylène Farmer," but who knows.

Of course, this is all just idle speculation, but this coming spring could in any case see the release of two new albums if these rumors have any truth to them.

I just hope the release date doesn't get pushed back any farther than December 21st, 2012!

It would be something if she had some of Laurent's music to work with. I definitely miss his music.

WHOA!!! I haven't been on in quite awhile and there's a "rumor" saying she's gonna make a new pop album.!! Well I hope this "idea" comes true, because I've been waiting for this.

Yeah supposedly she proposed the early stages of the album to Sony a couple days ago...forgot who posted that whether it was Nidalizee, A. Community, or some rumor starting site like those haha.
