I can't be certain it says exactly what I want it to in French (since I had to use an online translator). But it is supposed to say:

Happy wedding anniversary, Jérémy and Alizée. May you continue to find strength, happiness, and love in each other as you bravely embark in the next stage of your life together. Jérémy, please continue to shower Alizée with affection and adoration in our stead on this day as on all others.

The traditional gift is supposed to be wood, so everybody get busy whittling them something!
