I have tried to download this DVD, and it worked. I was able to unzip in Winzip, but then the program told me

Unable to complete decompression because system limits exceeded or disk full.

My disk has 60GB remaining.

can somebody help me?

thank you

Could you be running on a FAT32 file system, which has a max 4GB file size limit? What's your OS?

Yeah, you can store it on the USB drive in the RARs, but you're gonna have to extract it to an NTFS drive for viewing or burning, sorry.

I will use the computer lab then. Should I buy a DVD-R, or a DVD+R for the job if I want to be able to use it on a standard DVD player?

I've had tons of problems with DVD+R and only a very few with DVD-R. But it may depend on your hardware...
