Concerning issue 4 page 21 (the reader ads) it's kind of amazing to think that correspondance still occured by these means in 2003—mail sent over the course of months. It's also interesting how many people were looking for that inflated plastic "pillow" promo of Gourmandises. Even when I first found out about it, it was considered special and highly desireable. It is pretty cool as a collectible.
(if you are wondering what I'm talking about, I just translated it myself; so...)

Yeah it is amazing how there were not many with internet over there at the time. I remember the majority of the middle class here had internet by 2001-ish.

And yeah there was an add for the pillow in #3 too

i remember seeing one on ebay some time ago...but it was popped lol

Sorry if I offended you Roman for not dishing out more translations to you then! I figured you did so much already for #5 that I'd give you a break

You can always start on #6 if you want though

No. I know I didn't declare that I was doing it and I guess this is why.

Just a little surprised that you got it done already considering how things have been going.

So that's good. Well, I guess it remains to be seen what whoever came up with.

Or we can just have fun with all these new smileys.
