Anyone want to speculate where the idea came from
I saw this and said gee I wonder where the marketing people got the idea for the poster.

I saw Lili do it first, not that I've been so aware of ads with heart-shaped hand gestures. But, I've seen other ads showing the Lili way of making the shape. Her way is harder, trust me, I tried and failed. I made what appeared to be a fat tomato heart.

The first person I ever saw strike that pose was Petra Nemcova, actually. She does it a lot in promotion for her Happy Hearts Fund, the kids' charity she started after she got caught (and lost her fiance, sadly) in the 2004 Tsunami.
Lili's is just as cute, though.

Well here is an instance where I can remember a similar symbol being used. It was during the 2002 Superbowl during a song by U2 that was dedicated to the victims of September 11th.
