That's kind of ironic your comment about a waitress. One of the many moments I've had on this earth that I remember well was when I was in high school, taking drafting lessons. I got a job downtown with an engineering firm, doing a lot of office work, but also getting to do some drafting once in a while.

Sometimes, I had to go out and get the lunches. There was a cafe a few doors down. There was a pretty young girl who worked there. She was no prettier than any of many other young girls I had seen at that point in my life, but she had such a happy personality. She was always laughing, always smiling and she was so pleasant to be around.

It's one thing to be with a beautiful woman. It's quite another to be with one who's happy all the time and that's what we see so much with Alizee. I remember one of the videos of a performance of ACC where she was interviewed afterwards and she had such an incredibly happy, joyful look on her face and it's a moment that stands out and it's so typical of her.

We just might be getting close to Alizee's x-factor. Her perpetual happiness, positivity, and smile is irresistible for male and female alike. My thoughts when I saw her for the firm time (JEAM) was who can smile like this? And, it's not just her mouth that smiled, it was her entire face.

I still think that its Alizee's physical appearance--- her face--- that is the defining factor.

I think I'm the one who started this discussion--- but I see this thread is supposed to be about her twitter and instagram??? Maybe this discussion should be taken to another thread? I don't know how to do that. I'd like to talk about this more (if the discussion as it is is getting boring, then the discussion could be taken in a different direction.) I'm interested in her 'x-factor' in general--- why she has such an effect on me-- both looks and personality. (In particular, I'm curious as to why I don't seem to have many sexual thoughts toward her, despite the intense fascination. Its like I'm more fascinated by her face or her "person" rather than her body. Its unusual, because with most women I'm fascinated by their bodies.)

I think that on youtube, etc, all we see is the "up" side of her personality; its probably misleading.

She's an introvert, from what I gather. Below is a description of extroverts versus introverts. I think if you substitute "dance" for "books", the introvert probably fits her.

The typical extrovert is:

"... sociable, likes parties, has many friends, needs to have people to talk to... craves excitement, takes chances... is generally an impulsive individual... easy going, optimistic... [and] prefers to keep moving and doing things..."

The typical introvert is:

"... [a] quiet, retiring sort of person, introspective, fond of books rather than people... reserved and distant except to intimate friends... tends to plan ahead... distrusts the impulse of the moment... does not like excitement... likes a well-ordered mode of life... keeps his feelings under close control... does not lose his temper easily... We had a corporate decision this last summer to allow threads to take their natural course, even if it goes off topic. The reason? When a discussion is extracted out of a thread and put into a new thread on its own, it tended to die right there.

That being said, do try to stay on topic everyone. Alizée posts Instagram photos, videos, and stories pretty much daily, so it's not like there's nothing On-Topic to talk about. The thread and discussion would be richer if more members shared her posts here for questions, comments, concerns etc.
