According to RMJ on AF, he has watched this video as well as the original and he says they are identical. Your guess is as good as mine why she would post an identical video that can only be watched in France.

 I just watched it and I'm not in France. Je ne comprends pas.Anyway, RMJ is right, it is identical, so if you can't watch it there you're not missing anything.

I noticed that as well, kind of odd you can watch it in Cali. I get the same thing as FRA, can't be watched in your country. It is nice I am not missing anything though, I figured it was the same thing. I just thought that she uploaded multiples so people from different countries can watch. I don't know too much about uploading videos to youtube, but why isn't it just one video available to everyone? New video so people searching most recent uploaded videos would find it?

The older one not. But they are identical indeed.
