He's no bum. He's part of the mega fan clubs they have in Mexico and was pre-selected to sit on stage. All of the Mexican Psych concerts had someone sit on stage for this song, most from fan clubs. This was the first Psych concert in Mexico City.

Jalen is correct. The double kiss must have been amazing, plus he got to hold her hand for a bit until he came down. That made me yell out loud something along the lines of "Lucky motha.." but i stopped . A dedicated fan like him deserves it. (also kinda reminds me of the following lol, now i know what the female fans were thinking. )
