hmmm...i haven't listened to jeremy's VF album, but is it possible to say this is a female version of VF that's obviously going to sell 100x more? i mean he's going to be recognized more for this album than his own albums, no?

Almost certainly, but I wouldn't call this a "female version of Variétes Françaises". They have very different sounds. I mean yeah, you can tell Jérémy had a strong hand in both, but they're both their own thing too. Check out his album, it's different, creative, and impressive.

The other day you asked if Variétes Françaises has as much, um, variety as Psychédélices. I told you that I couldn't compare because I hadn't listened to Psychédélices yet. Now I can. Variétes Françaises mixes things up even more. Psychédélices seems downright focused in comparision.

yea i will check it out someday. i just have a hard time getting over his voice from the youtube videos i saw in the past. i mean it's hard to appreciate music when you have an issue with the vocals...

I don't think his voice is great, but if you mean that duet with Jenifer then it's usually better than that. Just let the samples play here:
