Psychédélices - pretty obvious
 

I just listened to to her song "Psychédélices" closely for the first time and translated the lyrics for myself. I think it's very likely that she has experimented with magic mushrooms or even LSD (or maybe Jeremy wrote the lyrics to that song?:)) The lyrics speak for themselves. Why else would she want to have a song like that on the album?

There are so many references to psychedelic drugs/experiences in this text. It can't be a coincidence.

Alizée is certainly ready for it, according to Leary:

"Acid is not for every brain - only the healthy, happy, wholesome, handsome, hopeful, humorous, high-velocity should seek these experiences. This elitism is totally self-determined. Unless you are self-confident, self-directed, self-selected, please abstain."

dreamer, I don't think Lili would do hardcore drugs like shrooms or LSD, if ANYTHING, the limit would have to be something minor like smoking (nicotine), but I just refuse to believe she'd consume anything that could harm her body, save the occasional alcoholic beverage

Didn't she say that "Psychédélices" was her favorite song on the new album? Now why could that be? And why are you so sure that she wouldn't try it?
BTW: Shrooms and LSD don't harm your body, alcohol and nicotine are much more dangerous in that respect.

Shrooms and LSD are halluciongenic drugs with no addictive properties whatsoever, however it is more of a mental drug and i've had some friends become pretty paranoid after their "bad trips".

It does have some quirky side effects but all in all it is probably a very non-dangerous drug to take. For the sake of experimenting, but hardly I doubt she has done it, at least from what i've seen (that's not a good example), but I shouldn't delve in too deep considering that might switch me into stalker status.

Well, I guess I can't be SO sure she hasn't tried them, but it's hard for me to think of her trying them, she just seems so sweet =/

And true, LSD/Shrooms don't affect your body much directly, just the things you do on them could.

Maybe she just liked the melody of "Psychédélices", or that it describes a family member who's now clean or something. Lot's of possibilities :P

Acid can screw you up man. My friend's friend and some bad acid and now she thinks she is a glass of orange juice and you cant touch her because shes afraid she will spill.

rofl, no disrespect to your friend or your feelings, but that sentence just made my day, especially when i imagine it. The only thing i know that can cure such a serious illness is probably pouring cold hard fact into her brain. no pun intended. Push her over and tell her shes not OJ. Of course that might result in her thinking she's dead.....Oh well, she can't be in a worse shape then she is now, can she?

Uh...I'm pretty sure she's on record as saying that "L'Effet" is her favorite song on Psychédélices, actually. 'Love of daughter' tends to trump 'love of shrooms'...

Can I ask what's with the sudden upsurge of curiousity over Lili's experimentation with controlled substances, or lack thereof, lately? Did she, like, do a cover of 'Mister Tamborine Man' or something that I'm not aware of? Or are we just this bored?

The latter, most assuredly :p . These random ponderings should curtail as the concerts steadily approach. Wasn't Lili supposed to perform on Star Academy in September, or has that been cancelled?
