Yes, and it is kind of fun. I don't know if cornflake girl's votes are being bought, people happen to be voting at about the same time, or someone voting for her also knows how to cheat, but I think keeping Alizée on top at least until she comes out with her next item would be cool. (certainly must keep her on the list) I don't know, that's another month and a half at least. We need more voters, then it wouldn't be such a big deal. Hey, I was up voting very late last night. I think part of the problem is that we Americans go to sleep and then cornflakes has a chance to catch up. Where are all those Indians? We need all timezones working here to demoralize the competition and make them just give up.

We need to pair up cornflakes girl with sweater boy and let them run off somewhere to get them out of our hair.

Ok, so I finally got around to checking out what other sites there might be, sure enough, went to AFC and found:

Works the same way, vote once and hour and if you're crazier than Cooney, you can pay for votes. (though like someone said, why not just buy another copy of her single if you're going to do that. Well, to each his own.)
