It seems to be Alizée since this is her forearm up top. I would not have recognized her either as she looks quite different. I think she is not standing upright and probably lying on a bed or leaning backwards. Also, she is/was sick (flu, cold...?) and that might have contributed to changing her appearance... Puffy nose...

I thought it was a hat too! After LE 2012 was mentioned above, I thought it could of been one of those hats from the opening numbers.

Well if this picture was posted today, I guess the little note at the bottom confirms the "25th". But what or who is les zicos? RMJ mentioned a "spectacular" happening where she'd play segments of her new songs with a band. Is Zicos a band?
