Actually, the people who pretend going against the mainstream are often the ones who're the most following it.





It seems that Lili always needs to buy the latest stuff that is published in fashion magazines, as if she felt an urge to keep her wardrobe "updated" on an almost daily basis ... Could filling up her house with clothes be a way of filling a void inside her, could it be a way of focusing on fashion in order to forget about other things, could it be a compulsive buying disorder or could it even be the result of a fear of being forgotten by the public leading to a search for constant renewal of her dressing style... I've got my psychology/behavioral sciences final exam next week, that might be a very good subject to talk about for the open question .

Well, you also have to take into account that she is a celebrity. She has to look the part. She never really bought a lot of designer stuff before though, so maybe you're right. This seems like a new trend of hers. Or maybe we just never saw enough of her closet and personal pics to really tell.

I don't think she is one to keep large collections of things besides clothing. I get the impression she keeps her surroundings uncluttered. I'm sure that she does have quite a large collection of clothing and shoes, but (I imagine) she probably donates or gives away a lot of the things after a while to remain unencumbered by 'stuff.'

Well yeah... but she probably still has enough dresses, shoes and bikinis for everyday of the year. I wonder if she still has her Tinkerbell and Qee collection though.

I often get the feeling that what she has done with the tattoos is partly out of depression and the same thing could apply to her shopping. Except of late where she has been busy with promotions, she must have a lot of free time in her life and I think she deeply misses not having someone else to be close to.

When I was hunting that Skull Bikini pic on her Webgram she does have at least one picture of her closet. I remember it wasn't that packed with cloths and shoes being it was Alizée. So if you go back a few months you might be able to find it.

I imagine this is only a small portion of her closet. I don't think she gets rid of many things, especially designer...I've seen her wear things recently that she wore years ago. Just those bags cost at least 20 thousand dollars. The red and black Hermes bags go for about 10 grand a piece, and that purplish/maroon one is around 2 thousand. The Isabel Marant shoes go for around 800.
