French is the most romantic :D and i also understand it better than Italian :)
and about eyes, they are actually near to that green, but when i did contrast they turned into bright green from not as bright green. but i say again, it's almost my real eyes :D

Ok, here are some better pics of me. For two summers, I was able to do NASA-funded geology research on a very large, slow-moving landslide. The first picture is me taking GPS data on a benchmark to measure the slide's movement over time. The second picture is me standing proudly next to a weather station I put together and installed on the landslide to be able to see how the slide's movement is affected by such things as rainstorms and to support other research on the slide. I did the geology research as a summer job for two summers while I was going to college and just before I did my student teaching. Not exactly a hobby, since I was paid... but much nicer than the warehouse work I'd done for the 4 summers before. It wasn't exactly relaxing at times. Hiking up to the top of the landlside could take up to 3 hours (It's a BIG landslide)!

Ah... prom pictures. I can't believe these are nearly 7 years old:eek::blink:... man I'm starting to get old:p I'm the one on the far left in the blue vest. My date, Anne, was a lovely German exchange student. We were friends before prom, but shortly after we started to spend more time together and she continues to be one of my closest and most trusted friends today (she was the one who bought me and sent my En Concert:D). Finally, after 7 years, I'll be going to visit her in Germany ths summer. I just hope Alizée's 3rd album comes out while I'm in Europe.
