You've obviously never fired a pistol using but the web of your hand and trigger finger. it is no less stable than a normal one handed grip, significantly less than a two handed one however.

Keeping the bugger hook off of the trigger is the most important part of firearm safety.

6:14 is a good PR man, mine was 6:30 but i was a cross country runner really, not an indoor... I hated indoor cause my coach would always stick me in the 800. The problem with the 800 is especially in the Amory is everyone seems to be running at 5:00 even though they should be at 6:00. You know what I mean right everyone seems to be running at a faster pace in that building

Say person a runs a 6:00 min mile
Then Person A "should" theoretically complete 800m (1/2) mile in 3:00 min half the said mile time. But that never happens in the real world, person A will finish the 800min in about 2:30min. So when person A does the 800 in 3:00min (theoretical completion time) they are running at 6:00min mile pace and when person a does the 800 in about 2:30min (their actual completion time) they are no longer running at their 6min mile pace they are running at a 5:00 min pace 1 min faster than their normal pr. You understand what im saying?

The only time I can stomach photomographicking myself is when I'm visiting a place of significance (ex: my washingmachine DC trip) where I compose for a normal photo of a monument or whathaveyou, and then poke my head in there to obscure most of it but leave enough to keep it recognizable. It's kinda my thing.

I can understand that. Candid pictures are more interesting. But a posed-for photo can still reflect the actual mood in a situation. If you say to someone, "I'm gonna take your picture," then they smile or make a weird face or whatever, you're still catching a natural reaction. They way the person poses can be affected by the mood of that moment. Maybe this isn't what you meant by posing. The more premeditated, the more artificial it is… That, I agree with.

That's when I began to look normal.

Before then I looked very squishy and brown. I refer to it as my Fat Mexican stage (named after a memory I have in mah childhood barbershop when 6 actual fat mexican boys/cousins came in and started wrestling each other on the hairy floor much to my amusement. Then they confused me for also being a fat mexican bowah and started speaking Spanish to me and asking me if I had Lukas.).

Now, I'm not one of those who burn photos to try and destroy tangible evidence of something ever existing, again it's too insincere... but I am a proponent of hiding said photos in a shoebox inside of a large shoebox inside of a black garbage bag inside of a burlap sack inside of a preserved elephant's colon inside of a wooden crate inside of a second wooden crate inside of a living elephant inside of a cube of lead sunken to the bottom of the La Brea Tar Pits.

Diet is 90% of it. I used to get weak results because I constantly cheated on my diet. This year I did it right. Ketogenic diet without cheating at all. No direct carbs sources, high protein and moderate fats. I eat six small meals a day. Cardio I do every morning for 45 min. I train with weights four times a week. That's it.

It isn't hard, people only fail because they aren't prepared and they're inconsistent. They cheat on their diets or don't stick to their plan. And they want results fast. They'll accuse anyone who works hard year in and year out of being on drugs because they don't understand how it all works. You don't even need drugs to get ripped. You only need drugs if you want to get huge enough to compete professionally. Too many people don't realize that the guys who are top athletes were big before they ever even used steroids. Diet, training, knowledge, consistency = results. :-)

As I've said it before.. I think that my girlfriend played a huge role at the beginning of my devotion for Lili , as she played her songs all the time ! And now whenever I think of lili i think of her and vice versa ^^

..Sarah , my girlfriend is probably one of the main reason why I became a fan of alizée.

But the (not so) "funny" thing, is that I broke up with her a first time after I failed half of my final exams... and that's when I met another chick, just as pretty but with a totally different personality, and she hated everything about my alizée fandom which is partly why we split only a few months after having met each other.. I'm so in love with her that my ex girlfriend found creepy that i've got a whole Hard drive full of alizée stuff ^^ which may be one the reason we broke up... :-(



and that's when I started to miss Sarah ... then ,since I knew (hoped, guessed, call it how you want) that she wasn't happy with her new relationship either, I slowly tried to get her back , we listened to Alizée , as we used to do... and eventually we were bacl together. But just after this happy ending, fate decided that I had to go to romania for several months for my studies... and here we are, away from each other yet again... But fortunately for us, she's been able to come and we will see each other tonight, and celebrate her 17th birthday together :yahoo: I know you might find this creepy , but I can't wait to watch her while she sleeps :p
