Alizée's got a new tattoo?
 

Did you guys see LillyTown's new update :blink:?

At least it won't be nearly as shocking as the first one, which some saw as a desecration of pure beauty, akin to covering the Mona Lisa or the statue of David with graffiti :rolleyes:. She had a good reason for the last one, and I'm sure she has a reason for this one (that is, if the rumor proves to be true).

Nothing major, just the fact that her Tinkerbell tattoo wasn't an impulsive, spur-of-the moment thing (like her marriage ;) :p). Apparently tattoos are a pretty big part of Corsican culture (a culture that has elements of mysticism and magic, from what I've read). Tinkerbell is a guardian for Alizée: Lili has a HUGE collection of statues and figures of Tinkerbelle, who is something like a totem. THAT tattoo has some significance, so I'm pretty sure THIS one will too (If she gets it) :cool:.

Adding more fuel to the fire that is the tattoo rumor, this update from Psychalizee's twitter this morning:

"New tattoo on the forearm of Alizée, an Aztec statue!"

No photos or independent confirmation yet, as far as I'm aware. Stay tuned for updates! :p

Just be sure it's something you really want to have on your body for the rest of your life. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, or that you shouldn't do it--I think Roman's tattoo is awesome, and I've seriously considered getting a tattoo of the old-style 'A' somewhere discreet for awhile now, myself--but really consider it.

It's not confirmed yet, gang. It's still essentially just a rumor. Everyone's getting it from the same source so far--a friend of Jipé's from psychalizee, who apparently saw it yesterday when she ran into Lili and Annily.

No photo evidence or anything, yet. Hang tight. :p

You've already secured the Mexican fan base, Alizée, no need to suck up even more...:p

But yeah, it's her life and not of my business, everything I can do is care about it and support her.

If she wants to get her next tat on LA Ink, I'll hook her up and edit the segment. ;)

I didn't know that tatoos were a Corsican practice. However, not that you say that it makes perfect sense.

Although the choice of an Aztec symbol (over some other) could have been influenced in part by her popularity in Mexico, I would more likely believe that (if she chose to get another one) she has experienced some of the energy that can be felt at some of those places, and now feels some type of tie to that symbol.

I didn't realize you were working on that series. Sounds like fun. :)

I know that but im just saying seeing full body tats on women is way to unatractive to me.

I completely agree with you on that one buddy but I'm a little bit more extreme than you. I say tattoos on a women period is a turn off for me. Just my opinion there!

i am sure that nobody wants to see a full body tatoo woman.

I dont like tattoo on arms or legs, but body tattoos are sexy. I dont have any tattoos and dont plan on getting any, because i like my body just the way it is...but you guys didnt need to know that...... ...

true, I belive ur talking about the tribal tattoo, if so ur right. The other thing is for earings, 1 0r 2 in each ear is sexy, but for a women to have like 30 ( exaduarating the number, but u get my point) is os unatractive dont matter how cute or whatever the girl is.

I have to agree with that. Its like the old joke about the woman that got a butterfly tattoo. Then one day the grandkids come up to her and ask if they see her Big Bird tattoo.

I have the picture of her Tinkerbell tattoo in the overalls picture as my desktop.

Oh, not at all. One girl I dated had a gaelic folk saying tattooed on her right hip, trailing down towards her...um, lower abdomen, if you catch my drift...and it was sexy as hell.

I had that set as my desktop for the longest time, too. (I should change it back, actually.) It's hands down my absolute favorite Lili photo of all time.

You hit the nail right on the head Mav, this girl has so much natural beauty, it's a shame to think she might have added another tatoo.

If it's true about this tatoo,
It really bothers me as to what I think might be the reason behind it,
It would be because she adores the Mexican people for their support of her new music. She thinks the people in France are fickel, they don't understand her now. She will find out that her support in Mexico will soon die out unless her new cd is far better than psych.

I dunno, I hadn't heard that before this thread. But I'm in the camp that doesn't really care anyway. She can do whatever she wants. For me the attractiveness of a tattoo is entirely case-by-case, so I can't say anything until I see it.

As for her reasons, Scruffydog777, I agree with what Rev said on the second page...

Regardless of the Corsican thing, that definitely sounds like Alizée to me. ;)
