So when she was in certain parts of the building, you can see the winds from the storm blowing her hair. It was not special effects and I think it adds a lot to the video.

I remember reading that story about the storm coming up. It's probably in our archives. I'll have to look for it.
In fact there was a long thread about it if I remember correctly.

Well I found one thread, in fact it was a thread I had started over 10 years ago and it was about a year and a half before I visited this building. I'm still looking for the story about the storm.
