We could make one small banner that each person can put under their sig, like what people use in sports forums to rep their team. I forgot the technical name for them...bars or something of the sort.

If a gang of sorts is going to be formed. Indeed there must be a hierarchy system, a rank-and-rewards system, and of course initiation and termination.

Throwing out several random ideas would be mental testing on subjects pertaining to Alizee. Of course the failure of any of the given questions will result in some extreme method of reciprocated punishment, such as, a slap to the face, or whatnot. Another idea of initiation could be the test of Activity, put them through several grueling physical and/or mind-boggling challenges, dubbing each as a, "What you are willing to do for Alizee" challenge.

A Rank-and-Rewards system could be placed in this order. Members who have shown prowess or have done "Righteous Deeds" for the gang shall receive a point counter, and when enough points are attained, they can move up the ranks, opening up their leadership and/or importance privileges.

The Fun Part, the brutal torture of Alizee taunters/diminishers/haters. Of course, not being a drug-related Gang, torture methods should include 5 days of listening to JEAM and JPVA on full blast non-stop, or being forced into getting tinkerbell tattooed on an area of their body chosen by them (i'm not that inhumane).

Of course, another fun part, establishing street/code names. This would notify their rank. One word in english shall denote a lower rank. Two words in english shall denote a middle rank. One or Two words in French shall denote a higher rank/leader. For example, I would be referring to some middle class mate by their code-name given: Lazy Peon.
