San Genaro

San Genaro is probably the best street festival NYC in my book. Little Italy celebrates the 81st annual San Genaro Festival. Everyone there is experiencing Italian culture as well as Italian food. (I can't wait to go and get my cannoli's) It's my favorite week of the year, if you guys live in NYC I suggest you check it out. It starts September 11th and ends September 21st. Well good thing you guys didn't come tonight...it was empty because of the rain. But I was there eating and I met a celebrity HEHAH!!!!!

Well have you ever seen Casino? Robert Deniro and Joe Pesci? There is a scene where the FBI is wire tapping this little grocery store...a guy is counting money and his mother is yelling at him not to curse. Little old lady is yelling at her grown son. Well I met the guy who played that grown son. We talked for about 10 minutes then I parted to the church of San Genaro. He looked just like it too. I enjoyed my cannoli after that even more.
