Me personaly it dosent matter that she got married in LA, as long as she is happy it dosnt matter where she got married. I belive it wasent planed, just happened in the spur of the moment. Iv had alot of those in hte course of my life lol.

I read somewhere that the 'unofficial' state of Alizée's marriage is financially beneficial to her and Jérémy. Furthermore, I know that marriages are becoming less and less common in France, and people frequently live together and have children together outside of legal marriage. (And unfortunately they frequently leave each other and find new partners too.)

That's kind of odd. It is generally financially beneficial here to be married. Well, unless divorce perhaps. Of course Alizée and maybe also Jérémy have a bit unusual financial status, maybe. Maybe it's just easier to deal with in any case if everyone just legally maintains ownership of what they own, easier like not changing the name either.
