Default In terms of next chat party...

Glad everybody had fun today! Sorry I had to leave in the middle of it.

Um... next one? Well, there's always the MCE Thunderdome. What I've really wanted to do is just do an Alizée "geek-out" podcast where we just talk about our personal favorite moments in Alizée's career.

Think that's lame? Well, let's face it, a lot of the best moments in these podcasts - and funniest - are when one person is geeking out about Alizée, i.e. the Muppets thing today.

I think it can work. I mean, there's not a whole lot of stuff going on right now, so we might as well make the most of the time between now and the fourth album. Maybe we can also talk about the fact that the new album that she's doing and the fact that it's a concept album? Chateau Marmont Collaboration? etc.

I really want to keep doing these podcasts, and not everything has to be a commentary. I can't even think of anything else for us to do a commentary on. And besides - please nobody take offense from this, because I do it too, probably the most often - we often go off in tangents in these commentaries that have nothing to do with what we're commenting on.

Anyways, thanks a lot for the chance to participate in the podcast, and the next time we do one, you can bet that I'll be around for the ride.

@ Srbs I should have tried to get a remote connection to you and figure out what's going on. Oh yeah, but that would have been blocked too probably. :P

@Pizza yeah, I went a bit off topic today and felt a little bad about it. Didn't really intend or want to do that. One thing that I forgot about that one could do is have a news section. For the last few months there has actually been some news occasionally and we haven't even put that in.

Well, at least one of them was a she. I think if you met her in person or either of them, you would like them better. I got a photo with them too in Mexico out in front of the auditorium. I'm not sure if I got that either. Someone else may have taken it and never sent me the photos. I'll have to dig around and see if I even have it. I have so many photos from my adventures.

Thanks again to everybody who came out on Saturday. We had a surprisingly good turn-out (well, at first anyway) despite the short notice! I'm sorry I had to bail out early (and with just three songs to go), but sometimes real life gets in the way, unfortunately.

As much as I do love our Europeans and appreciate their support, I don't think it would be a crime to start the odd one or two a little later than usual, to give folks like Ben who aren't available in the afternoon the chance to participate, too!

Maybe we can compensate by doing them on Saturday night instead, so that being up late isn't quite so bad for them?

So gutted to miss this one as I was ACTUALLY THERE ! By the time I had got to grips with the technology and the time difference involved I realised I couldn't make it . A pity as I would have loved to discuss my Moscow experience with you guys. Oh well maybe next time

oh yes, that would have been great.
Well, I hope people see these events listed and get help if necessary to get it going. I don't know. Personally installing Ventrilo was very easy. I didn't have to do any troubleshooting.
