Check her out in the video where she is wearing the orange colored dress in the video jeam era. It was the same length and her legs looked chunky also. Alizee has muscular legs and they look thick if the dress is that close to her knees. Alizee is perfectly proportioned for a short woman but if you isolate her legs from just above the knee it has that effect.
